Q: My access code is not working (RE-ORDER).
A: Your access code is case sensitive. If still not working, submit the request to have it activated, and to try it again in 24 hours.
Q: My access code is not working (PRE-PAY).
A: If the number is not working, we will submit a request to have it activated, and you can try it again later that day.
Q: I don’t have my access code, can you give it to me?
A: To provide the access code over the phone, we will need to get permission from the school. We will submit a request, and will call you once we have received a response from them.
